This one day course covers the Operate vehicles in the field for the resources and infrastructure industries.

Elements of the course:

  •   Identify 4WD drive specific terms, terminology & techniques
  •   Plan for minimal environmental impact
  •   Perform pre and post departure checks
  •   Use four wheel drive modes
  •   Use a tow strap to recover a vehicle
  •   Perform maintenance and minor repairs on four wheel drive vehicle
  •   Basic Towing information

Pre-Requisites and Requirements:

A valid and appropriate drivers licence either P plates or Open license Blood alcohol reading of 0.00% on commencement of each training day

Inclusions: Motor School provide four-wheel drive vehicles in Brisbane & Roma only. Outside of these locations, clients are asked to provide their own four wheel drive vehicles (conditions apply).
